Flex with Motif.
Got an idea for a short film but no budget? Are you an up-and-coming band/solo artist in a need of a music video and have no budget? Do you dabble in extreme sports and need a video to showcase to the world what you do but also have no budget? Or maybe you just have an utterly bonkers idea that needs to be filmed and you guessed it - have no budget?
Well, we got the gear, got the crew, and to top that, we’ll help you FLEX and make your idea into this audio-visual thing that we all love and enjoy for free, but there’s a catch. We also like to FLEX. Creatively we mean as none of us have been to the Gym since The Lettuce outlasted that one Prime Minister.
So here are the rules:
Most importantly, your idea has to give us that twinkle in the eye.
Short-Films must be no longer than 5 minutes and can be filmed in a day. If you have actors on board, you get 1 FLEX point. If it’s a comedy, you get 2 FLEX points. (We like comedy.)
Music Videos can’t just feature a band playing on stage. We have nothing against that, but that doesn’t FLEX us. The more creative your idea, the better you’ll be at catching our attention.
Extreme Sports well you have the FLEX point advantage here. Pretty much anything goes and our Creative Director will be ‘Hell yeah let’s do it’.
